ONE drink and you don't drive that day. Whoa! Why one drink? One is where your imbecility starts. You are one of those people who fills a glass with three servings of wine and says, "Only one glass of wine, Officer." Of course, you really had two or three of those "only one" glasses. Maybe more. So, six or nine servings? Or more. You are a dangerous fool. One drink means no drive.
